Framed Shrek print – $60
I had this print framed at Michaels (I don’t know why I needed a Shrek picture) and it’s been sitting in its wrapping ever since. Never been hung up.
Green metal frame with non-glare glass. Certificate of Authenticity on back.
Photos taken with webcam in bright sunlight, so colors appear dull, but print is very colorful and sharp in person.
So let me make sure I’ve got this right: you don’t know why you needed a Shrek picture, so you’re trying to sell it to someone else for $60?
But it’s AUTHENTIC!
Found this site, LOVE it!
Person doesn’t know why they needed a Shrek picture, but paid (presumably a good chunk of change) to have it framed. W. t. f.
And yet, someone, somewhere will have seen that listing and gone, “Oo, that would be perfect in my office/movie room/ kid’s room/ whatever.”
Certificate of authenticity? Of a picture of an animated character? What does that even mean?
Probably that it was marketed as a “collectible” at one point or another by the same savvy marketing team who sold the “made from the actual animation cels” pictures from “Madagascar” with the DVD sets at Costcos, which was a total waste of money, given that the animation is entirely digital and therefore doesn’t need physical drawings save for storyboards/character designs.
