YSaC, Vol. 1763: I think I’ll try door number 2
Moving Need Gone ASAP
I’m moving and have a lot of nice thing not going with me. I have no time for a yard sale, you won’t be dissapointed. Must be able to take it all.
This is that “bundling” I’ve heard so much about, isn’t it? I come for the (almost certainly) empty Wii U box, and you upsell me on the pogo stick, the bookshelves, the shopping bags, the folding chair, and your brother-in-law. Oh, well – as long as I can take the truck too, I suspect I’ve still come out ahead in the deal. I can probably even use it to haul all the other crap away.
Thanks to Manic Gypsy for their very first submission!
In the background of the lower picture, looking at the pile of offerings, appears to be one of the Knights who ’til recently said Ni. I don’t have a Gone, but I can bring Sparky a shrubbery.
Ah, if only Spark’ had included a photo of the “nice” things–one shudders to think that the photos represent the good stuff . . .
Take all this crap.
I’ve got some nice things, not that you’d guess from these pics.
Bring bubble wrap,
And if you should call, remember you’ll have to take it all.
The last time I took a pile like that I ended up on the Group W bench. And the photos weren’t digital.
I once won an “Identify the movie line” contest with…. “What ya get, kid?…….I didn’t get nothin’….I had to pay $50 and pick up the garbage”……sadly, nobody had a clue as to the movie.
There was mother rapers… father stabbers… father rapers…
“…but Alice doesn’t live in the restaurant, she lives in the Church nearby the restaurant, in the bell-tower, with her husband Ray and Fasha the dog. And livin’ in the bell tower like that, they got a lot of Room downstairs where the pews used to be in. Havin’ all that room, Seein’ as how they took out all the pews, they decided that they didn’t have to take out their garbage for a long time.”
Just in case you don’t have the song memorized.
What song?…..”Go Ask Alice”????
It’s from a movie? I’ve only heard it played on classic rock stations around thanksgiving.
Movie: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0064002/
Song came first: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m57gzA2JCcM
And I just had to approve my own comment. I gotta do everything around here! *grumble grumble*
There ya go, Sparky, I fixed it for ya.
You’re welcome.
I’m glad you have no time for a yard sale. I’d definitely have been disappointed if I showed up for a yard sale and saw all this crap.
Must be able to take it all
That’s what he said.
Oh no! Lookie here Jessup, all these thing gone asap on us yup.
So if nobody comes by to “take it all”, will all this stuff still be there when this person is gone? Left for the landlord to clean up? If so, you could waste your valuable time staking out the place. Then when they leave, rummage through the stuff and take what you want.
I mean, why do people demand you take it all? If three people showed up, would Sparky deny access for two of them and still demand one of them to take it all? Sheesh!
*runs outside with broom to shoosh 4 of the 5 birds away from the bird feeder*
Well, I’m not going to be A SAP and take it all!
Dear One,
IOU a day in the box. NOT LIKE THAT! Punchity Punch Punch! Sheesh.
Good Morning, Deal Breakers!
Looks like a game.
One of these things is not like the others…
I hear there is a movie version of Tetris coming out. Maybe this was the trial run.
I hope that Wii U box is just an empty box. I’m disheartened to think someone would leave their Wii U behind out in the elements.
