…assuming that the discerning reader like you is a wildebeest.
Thanks for this fine post, Amy!
Looks like it’s Fine Art week here at YSaC. Here’s another Fine Art:
You Lucky Dog Painting Old VERY COOL – $50
Very Cool Old Painting “you lucky dog” painted on the frame. Paper back. nails holding picure in. Show dod reading the paper in a big chair smoling a cigar with a drink sitting next to him, how much better does it get.
PERFECT FOR THE MAN CAVE……….Will trade for ammo, mantoys, tools, harley, other cool stuff, Price is firm….so if it’s not worth the price I am not interested.
Yep. Fifty dollars. That’s a firm price. But the owner will trade, as long as you have a Harley that’s in good enough shape to be worth fifty big ones. Yep – fifty dollars worth of Harley. The only people that can drive motorcycles THAT fancy are the ones who can also afford to smol the really NICE cigars.
Thanks, Michelle!
Outsider art mocking Shannon Doherty
condition: like new
Unsigned art (a collaborative piece made by two friends of mine) circa 1990. Made from form core and paper and is in very good condition. Holes in the corners for tacking to a wall. Measures 22″ x 17″.
Text reads, “carbuncle: a painful local purulent inflammation of the skin and discharge of pus and usu. necrosis and sloughing of dead tissue”
Typically, I’m home on weekends and week days around 6pm. Take a look at the map and let me know when you want to come by.
Imma go with “Never” on that question. Seriously – is it time to mock Shannon Doherty already? I’m not done mocking Peter DeLuise yet.
Thanks for the post, Stephanie!
video player – $20
have video player your totaly interested was given to me i cant get it to work
So if we base our assessment of Sparky’s technology savvy based entirely on his or her ability to operate Craigslist, what strategies do we think they might have tried to get this video player working?
- Glaring at it
- Shouting at it
- Chewing on it
- Didn’t actually try anything
- Re-soldering the connections from the power supply to the main PCB
- Drooling
So many possibilities. Thanks, Mitch!
Lion portrait CHEAP – $10
Huge Portrait that we kept from when moved. Paid $40.00 and selling for $10.
[Richard Attenborough voice] The lion. Majestic, imposing, and totally not a tiger. Nope, not a tiger at all. No tigers here. That’s a lion. Yup. [end Richard Attenborough voice]
It’s been a while since we had a nice lion around here. It’s also been a while since I wrote a post. I figured I’d go with a classic to ease myself back into it. Thanks, Jen, for the low-hanging fruit!
